Lottie Jones debuts on MYE with soulful liquid DNB single; Surrender
MYE Records, founded by Vibe Chemistry, announces the debut of Lottie Jones on MakeYourEra! Lottie Jones releases her latest soulful liquid drum and bass single "Surrender." Lottie's voice dominates this record, partnered with a powerful melodic presence on the production. Known for her stunning vocal appearances on UKF and working with producers like Fred V, Kanine, Adromedik and Hybrid Minds. Liquid drum and bass single "Surrender" is a song with deep emotional depth, beautiful vocals and lifting melodies. An incomparable calming dance track to bless your ears.

Released on 22nd May 2026 (MYE125); A deeply emotive liquid Drum & Bass tune driven by vocal identity and melodic depth; "Surrender," by Lottie Jones, is built around her unmistakable vocal presence and a rich, melodic foundation, the track delivers a moment of clarity and connection that sits firmly at the heart of modern liquid Drum & Bass.
"Surrender" draws you in as soon as you hear her first bar. Lottie's vocal draws you into the soft atmospheric layers, then the rhythm settles into a fluid, rolling groove, with those juicy melodic notes that make you feel like you are floating on cloud nine. The production is detailed, expansive, and the subtle melodic textures building around the core, creating something that feels truly intimate.

At the centre of it all is Lottie Jones. Her voice doesn’t just sit on top of the record; it defines it. There’s a natural control and emotional depth in her delivery that carries through every section, allowing the track to unfold with a sense of purpose rather than excess. We feel her vulnerability and strength throughout this memorable record. Lottie tells us during an interview, "I make music for anyone who listens to a song to really feel the emotion in the lyrics and melody. I like to take people on a real journey from beginning to end, every part has an intention to make you feel something. I would describe my music as atmospheric and floaty, with reflective energy."
"The day I wrote Surrender I was sat with my sister and partner watching
TV in our Bristol flat. The melody randomly came to me and I ran to the bedroom
to record it. I sat there for a good 30mins just writing in flow state. I sent a voice
note to Fred V straight away and he created such a lush track with it, I’m very
lucky to have him to help me bring my ideas to life." Lottie Jones is one of the UK’s standout Drum & Bass vocalists, known for blending emotive songwriting with a sound that bridges underground energy and commercial appeal. With collaborations alongside Fred V, Hybrid Minds, Kanine and Andromedik, and releases across labels including Hospital Records, Liquicity and UKF, she has established a strong presence within the global scene. Her live performances span major festivals and club spaces, delivering both high-energy DJ and vocal sets.
